Welcome to Silly Goose, the Discord bot that brings fun and engagement to your server. By using Silly Goose, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing Silly Goose, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the bot.

2. Responsibilities of Server Owners
As the server owner, you are solely responsible for the content shared and spread by Silly Goose within your server. The Silly Goose team is not liable for any consequences arising from the content generated or disseminated through the bot.

3. Moderation of Support and Community Server Content
Content within the Silly Goose support and community servers is not moderated and is governed by the respective communities themselves. Users are responsible for their interactions in these spaces.

4. Compliance with Laws
Silly Goose may not be used for any illegal purposes. By using this bot, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where you operate. Additionally, you are prohibited from using the bot for copyright or other intellectual property infringement. Violating this term will result in the termination of your bot sessions.

5. Content Limitations
Users must not use Silly Goose to spread content that is dangerous, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Any violations of this rule may result in immediate termination of your bot sessions.

6. Termination of Sessions
Silly Goose reserves the right to terminate bot sessions at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or Discord's policies.

7. Monitoring
All activities involving Silly Goose may be monitored by human operators to ensure compliance with these Terms of Service and maintain a safe community environment for users.

8. No Liability for Content and Outages
Silly Goose disclaims any responsibility for the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the content shared by the bot. Additionally, Silly Goose is not responsible for any outages, disruptions, or other technical issues that may arise while using the bot.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silly Goose and its developers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the bot or any violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Modifications to Terms
Silly Goose reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to the bot's website or communicated to users. Continued use of the bot after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Silly Goose shall be resolved in the courts located within United States of America
